Refund is a request from a customer to receive the amount they have paid for an item.
2. REASONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT
- The purchased product is out of stock and it is not possible to deliver another of similar characteristics and of the same or higher price.
- Delivery time exceeds 12 hours working from the date of receipt requested by the customer without the customer receiving the product.
- The product was lost by the courier.
